- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Hygiene-related baby products once opened
- Final sale or clearance items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us with photo evidence for quick resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, the order may already be processed for shipping.
